Position Summary:The incumbent will serve as an administrative assistant in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Surgery at the UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. This position will excel through excellent administrative, organizational, oral and written communication, computer and interpersonal skills to coordinate complex academic, financial, research and administrative activities. This position represents the division to the public as well as personnel and visitors locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. This position requires the ability to understand in-depth the department and division policies and procedures related to travel and reimbursement division serve.
