ResponsibilitiesPlease note that this position istemporary full time remote. Work from home - Supporting Eastern Time Zonehours.The Housing Application Processing Representative is responsible for organizing a variety of financial information and working with the applicant through the pre-qualification process.This involves identifying the applicant, qualifying the applicant, and determining eligibility.Our task is to organize and make sense of a wide variety of receipts, invoices, and other documents to make sure we are reimbursing for the right expenses.Description:This is a remote position. Full-time hours. Minimum of 3 month contract but could extend longer.Responsible for organizing a variety of financial information and working with the applicant through the pre-qualification process.identifying the applicant, qualifying the applicant, and determining eligibility.Navigate users issue and provide a positive customer experience.Promptly answer support related emails.Manage, prioritize, and resolve or escalate support requests as appropriate.Deliver exceptional customer service on every communication, which includes demonstrating patience, the ability to listen, empathize, analyze, and adapt to customer situations adeptly.Skills:Customer support, CSR, Customer Service, Data EntryQualificationsRequired:High School DiplomaDetail-oriented and flexibleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-managing: You will be working with a Supervisor on tasks, but it will be helpful to understand the gist of our work and direct yourself to the highest-priority activities.Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.The ability to quickly learn new skills and subject matter.The ability to apply newly acquired skills using logic and reasoning to sets of transaction data.The ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks.A highly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and career.The ability to excel within a team environment and independently.Microsoft Office and data entry skills.Preferred:Experience with application processing, business processing or financial eligibility experience.Familiarity with grant management processes and regulations. experience with using any grant management tool is a plusFamiliarity with various financial documentation (purchase orders, invoices, check registers, etc.).Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.Candidates from Eastern Standard Time, Central Standard Time, and Pacific Standard Time Zones.Experience Level:Entry LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
