This position works with Boeing Program engineers to support Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) requirements. This systems engineering position will work across functional product support element leaders within Boeing and collaborate with senior level Model Based Engineering (MBE) leaders to standardize RAM for Product Support. This work requires knowledge of system performance (requirements) and integrates technical parameters, assuring compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces are optimized to total system of systems and/or system architecture(s).Position Responsibilities:Stakeholder requirements and constraintsDesign and redesign support for Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Test ProductsSupportability and sustainability concepts at a high levelFailure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)Stockpile ReliabilitySurveillance and Service Life EvaluationThis position requires an ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Export Control Requirement:This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelors of Science degree in a Technical field2+ years' experience in Product Support Experience or 2+ years' experience in RAM analysis.Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design).Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with any of the following is desired:Knowledge of product lifecycle, including manufacturing, deployment, modification, aging and continued service, through disposal.Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.Knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various Engineering departments/disciplines (e.g., design, test, software, technology, avionics). Knowledge of the interaction between departments/disciplines and how their products/processes affect one another and impact non-engineering processes (e.g., Operations, Logistics, Business).Education & Experience: Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics.
