This Administrative Generalist will support the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI), and will provide assistance to the various functions, in support of NGI. A general summary of responsibilities is: Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, staffing, human resources, supply chain, engineering. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required. Anticipated specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Recommending and establishing administrative processes for the 900 person program office, establishing and executing suspense tracking systems, creating presentation and correspondence templates for use across the organization, creating routine briefings and presentations through compilation of input from functional leaders, coordinate schedules with government offices to facilitate program information exchange, coordinate senior customer guest visits, establish organization file plans, coordinate security requirements and exchange with government agencies, and perform general administrative tasks, as required.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to demonstrate judgment in working through complex transactions and communicate observations and insights from multiple data sources.Demonstrated focus on quality of work and attention to detail. AZSpaceBasic Qualifications:6 years of work related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or an additional 4 years relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree 4 years of work related experience with a Master's degreeExcellent organizational skills and written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to obtain active Secret clearanceExperience and knowledge of NG processes and policies.Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
