a Senior Acquisition Analyst to join a growing team in support of
the Apache Program Office in Huntsville, AL. on Redstone Arsenal.
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 5 years of experience
in direct support of a PO or government organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Mathematics, Science,
Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to independently act as a consultant, to
set priorities, to organize tasks, monitor assignments, and ensure
completion of assigned work
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in the following
-- Providing acquisition analyst support to Government and/or
DoD project offices for the development and management of the
functions associated with assigned contracts during each phase of
the contracting process.
-- Keen understanding and intimate familiarity with all aspects
of contracts and requirement packages to include the Statement of
Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data
Requirements List (CDRL), Document Summary List (DSL), Market
Research (MRR), Competition Advocate Shopping List (CASL) entries,
Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements, Procurement Work
Directive (PWD), Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), CLIN
structure, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
-- Ability to plan, develop and establish contractual strategy
-- Ability to work multiple contract actions, including new
contracts, negotiations, directed changes, Undefinitized Contract
Actions (UCAs), definitizations and modifications.
-- Ability to provide thoughtful insight and useful acquisition
assistance during negotiations.
-- Preparing for and participating in Program Management Reviews
(PMRs) to assist the Program Integrators on acquisition/contracting
-- Working with multiple offices, divisions, and branches, both
internally and externally, to solve funding and other issues
associated with contract awards.
- Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Mathematics, Science,
Engineering, Liberal Arts, or related
- Professional certification in acquisition (i.e., DoD Level
II/III Program Management) or similar
- Experience with DoD Planning/Programming/Budgeting/Execution
- Direct acquisition experience with Army platforms
