Decisive Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst
to join a growing program in support of the ICOFT trainer for THAAD
operations and maintenance. This position, which requires a Secret
Clearance, is located in Huntsville, AL.
The Senior Program Analyst will provide professional, technical
and management services to support the PM in the governance and
execution of projects, programs and enhancements. The role will
manage and administer key processes within the team. This team is
supporting a program to manufacture, integrate, and test the
Institutional Conduct of Fire Trainer (ICOFT) and Radar Training
Device (RTD) for the KSA.
The ICOFT provides realistic institutional training in all areas
of the THAAD Enhanced Operator/Maintainer operations and
maintenance tasks for the THAAD Fire Control and Communication
(TFCC), Radar, and Launcher components.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Organize and
facilitate ICOFT/RTD related events and milestone activities in an
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) .
Baseline, coordinate and maintain a schedule of activities
across the KSA THAAD Trainers group .
Schedule and conduct project milestone and status meetings with
managers and leads on a weekly basis .
Maintain a status of key information about the effort (i.e.
status, schedule and dates of key milestones, and related issues
Communicate and coordinate with the Leads and PM to ensure
consistency of information throughout the project, and coordinate
schedule impacts to leadership .
Manage contract CDRL deliverables for the program .
Understand the Government procurement process .
Track and status procurements in work .
Manage hours allocation between prime and subcontractors .
Analyze hours and funding allocations and alert the PM of any
Develop contract pricing packages for new Technical Directives
Collect and compile the weekly ICOFT/RTD status charts .
Education and Experience:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more of related experience;
Masters and three (3) years or more experience.
Required Skills: Experience with MS Project (3-5 years) .
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
