WILL Technology, Inc. (WTI) has an immediate need for a
highly-skilled Project Director to join our growing team in
Huntsville, AL. In this position, the Project Director will manage
various projects and initiatives in research and evaluation. The
successful candidate will develop project schedules as well as
manage the specific personnel tasking to ensure the project
timeline proceeds as planned. This position requires an in-depth
understanding of social science research methods. Candidates in
surrounding areas--including Decatur, AL, Birmingham, AL,
Nashville, TN, and Atlanta, GA --are strongly encouraged to

In this role, the Project Director is responsible for strategic
planning and directing various projects to ensure they are
completed within in a timely fashion and within budget. Some
projects may run concurrently and independently of each other.
He/She will oversee the process and implementation of project
design. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in
assessing evaluation literature of social sciences, with emphasis
on interventions in the fields of criminal justice, juvenile
justice, school safety, and criminal victimization. oversee all
task requirements and personnel supporting this effort . Some of

Serve as the day-to-day point-of-contact for the Government
Directs tasking, timelines, and resources needed for
accomplishing projects within the overall program.
Coordinates the alignment of personnel to project direction and
deliverables to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Establish full authority to act on all matters related to the
requirement's daily operations.
Formalize all scope requirements, work plans, work fluctuations,
and reporting requirements.
Assist program management with ongoing meetings and interactions
with the Federal Government customer on an as-needed basis.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS :
Advanced degree (Master's, PhD or equivalent) in social science or
Minimum of five years of experience in project management of
complex projects and initiatives dealing with research and

criminal or juvenile justice and/or crime victimization-related
Capable of managing the daily tasks through the lifecycle of the
