Quantum is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to
provide support as a Cyber Security Director in Huntsville, AL.
Individuals with experience in Cyber Security Programs or

Responsible for the operational planning, establishment,
execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project
consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated
activities. Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human
resources management of the program; serves as principal point of
representation and liaison with external constituencies on
operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical/professional
guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of
Responsible for the implementation of cybersecurity operations.
Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end
users, computer services, and client services. Defines project
scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans and schedules.
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking
and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews
project deliverables. Manages the integration of tasks and review
deliverables. Provides cybersecurity technical and analytical
guidance. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and
solutions of problems.
Bachelor's Degree with at least 20 years of experience. Master's
Previous Programs/Project Management experience is required
Previous Experience with manager Cyber Security
