Position Overview: The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking Operations Integrated Team Lead (Level 4) to join the team located Huntsville, AL. Primary Responsibilities: Leads multi-functional operations team on B1-B, B-52, COMNAV (AWACS) and HSV Core programs to meet IWA manufacturing commitments which includes the management of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost of all programs/tasks assigned. Utilizes advance lean principles and processes within the Boeing Production System to execute Programs assigned. Develops strategies and leads proposals that support business objectives. Interfaces with IWA site program representatives to report progress. Summarizes, reports and develops high visibility presentations for Site and Program Leadership. Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk. Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives. Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under minimal direction. Relocation: This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Work Authorization: This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): This position requires the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance post start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field Minimum 4 years' experience leading Teams and Projects Knowledgeable in EVM At least 3 Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experience. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Strong communications skills and attention to detail Minimum 5 years of Experience implementing lean principles Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Master's degree in Business, Engineering or related field 6 years' experience leading Teams and Projects EVM Silver Certification Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
