Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in wood
and lumber products, is seeking a Pallet Production Associate to
join their team. As a Pallet Production Associate, you will be part
of the production department supporting the manufacturing
operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability,
safety consciousness, and a strong work ethic, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Pallet Production
Associate Location: Hartselle, AL Pay Range: $18.00 per hour Shift:
Monday–Friday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM What's the Job? Operate machinery
and equipment to cut wood according to production specifications
Stack, sort, and organize wood products for shipment or further
processing Assemble pallets with power tools and hand tools
Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety protocols and
company procedures What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
regularly Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive
tasks for long periods Ability to work in a non climate-controlled
environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work scheduled hours, including some required Saturdays
