Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
wood products, is seeking a Board Line Operator to join their team.
As a Board Line Operator, you will be part of the production
department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a
strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Board Line Operator Location: Hartselle,
AL Pay Range: $18.00 per hour Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00
PM, with some required Saturdays What's the Job? Operate machinery
and equipment to cut wood according to production specifications
Stack, sort, and organize wood products for shipment or further
processing Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety
protocols and company procedures Inspect materials for quality and
report defects or issues What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 40
pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform
repetitive tasks for long periods Strong attention to detail and
commitment to safety Ability to work scheduled hours, including
some required Saturdays Previous experience in manufacturing or
lumber/wood environments is a plus, but not required What's in it
