Job Description Job Description Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Burn Table Operator 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Burn Table Operator 2nd Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Burn Table Operator 2nd Shift Location: Hokes Bluff, AL Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift: Monday – Saturday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM What's the Job? Set up, operate, and monitor CNC burn table equipment to cut steel and other metals to precise dimensions. Review work orders, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy before cutting. Load and unload materials onto the burn table using appropriate tools or equipment. Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to tolerance requirements. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the burn table and related equipment. What's Needed? Previous experience operating a burn table, CNC cutting equipment, or similar machinery preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. What's in it for me?
