Job Description:

Koch Foods, a leader in the poultry processing industry, is seeking a dedicated CDL Feed Haul Driver to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and safe transport of feed supplies between our facilities and distribution centers. As part of our logistics team, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and the quality of our products. Safely operate a feed hauling truck within and between facilities. Ensure strict adherence to scheduled routes and timelines. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure that the truck complies with regulatory and operational standards. Coordinate routinely with the logistics and supply chain teams to confirm delivery schedules and report any delays or issues. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and vehicle maintenance records according to state and federal regulations. Assist in loading and unloading feed supplies as needed while ensuring proper handling to avoid damage. Follow all safety policies and procedures related to transportation and handling of feed supplies. Proficiency in operating a commercial heavy vehicle. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) - Class A required. Clean driving record. DOT Physical Examination (Medical card). Experience with GPS and electronic log devices.
