position and will be on-site at our corporate office in Franklin,
TN. Position Summary: The Supply Chain and Operations Support
Manager ensures the reliable, efficient flow of products and
services to all Fourteen Foods restaurants by coordinating daily
with the internal warehouse, external vendors, and—most
importantly—the restaurants and Operations Leadership team. This
role functions as a key operational partner, supporting Directors
of Operations, District Managers, and restaurant leadership by
proactively communicating supply chain impacts, solving issues
quickly, and ensuring that supply programs align with field needs.
Essential Functions: 1. Restaurant & Vendor Support (Operational
Daily Execution) Act as the first-line support contact for
restaurant leaders regarding supply disruptions, product questions,
delivery issues, and troubleshooting. Maintain proactive
communication with Directors of Operations and Area Directors to
anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and provide accurate supply
chain updates. Coordinate with vendors on delivery accuracy,
product quality concerns, billing discrepancies, and service
failures. Maintain up-to-date ordering guides, vendor contacts,
delivery schedules, and operational supply documentation. 2.
Operations Leadership Collaboration Participate in Operations
Leadership calls, planning discussions, and communication cycles to
ensure supply chain visibility and shared alignment. Provide Ops
Leadership with timely reporting, trends, and solutions related to
vendor performance, warehouse readiness, and product availability.
Support Ops-led initiatives (new products, seasonal promotions,
process changes) by ensuring supply chain readiness and field
communication. Serve as a trusted partner who ensures supply chain
decisions support operational efficiency, guest experience, and
restaurant execution. 3. Internal Warehouse Partnership & Inventory
Management Serve as the primary liaison between the Operations
Support department and the internal warehouse to ensure smooth
product flow, replenishment accuracy, and timely shipping. Work
closely with warehouse leadership on stock levels, incoming
inventory, cycle counts, and SKU changes. Support new product
rollouts and promotional planning by ensuring warehouse
forecasting, stocking, and communication are aligned with Ops
expectations. Review and analyze warehouse inventory data to
identify potential stockouts, overstocks, or ordering
inefficiencies. Provide updates to Operations Leadership and
restaurant teams regarding warehouse-related delays, substitutions,
or process changes. 4. Project Management Coordinate readiness for
new store openings and acquisitions including product setup,
warehouse stocking, vendor onboarding, support center collaboration
and delivery schedules. Manage supply chain components for store
remodels, ensuring temporary changes, vendor reroutes, and
warehouse adjustments are executed with minimal disruption. Lead or
support project management efforts for corporate rollouts,
including new systems, technology platforms, operational tools, or
supply chain programs. Communicate project timelines, deliverables,
and updates to Operations Leadership and cross-functional partners
to ensure alignment and execution. Track project milestones and
ensure all supply chain dependencies remain on schedule. 4.
Procurement & Administrative Support Assist in collecting data for
pricing evaluations, cost comparisons, and RFP preparation.
Maintain accurate product, vendor, and pricing information across
systems. Support the onboarding and setup of new products, vendors,
and services. 5. Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate
vendor compliance records, including COIs, licenses, and required
business authorizations. Ensure documentation is accessible,
organized, and routinely updated for Operations and other
cross-functional partners. Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of
experience in supply chain, warehouse coordination, vendor
management, or multi-unit operations support. Strong communication
skills with the ability to support Operations Leadership and
restaurant teams effectively. High attention to detail with strong
organizational and administrative capabilities. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite; ERP or inventory management system
experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and
respond quickly to operational needs. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in restaurant, retail, or distribution environments.
Familiarity with procurement processes, service-level expectations,
and vendor management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to
interpret trends and identify improvements. Demonstrated ability to
partner cross-functionally, especially with Operations.
