J & M Tank Lines is actively seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our premier trucking team. Specializing in the bulk transportation of dry bulk and liquid materials, we maintain our reputation for safety, efficiency, and reliability. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods across various regions, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines. Operate Class A CDL vehicles safely and efficiently to transport bulk materials. Monitor load safety continuously and adjust as needed to ensure secure delivery. Maintain accurate logs of travel and cargo according to federal and company regulations. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes efficiently and adjust plans as needed due to weather, traffic, or other conditions. Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations staff to ensure smooth deliveries. Strong driving skills with the ability to maneuver large vehicles in tight spaces. Excellent time management to ensure timely deliveries. Proficient use of GPS and other routing systems. Ability to perform minor repairs and vehicle maintenance. Strong communication skills for reporting and operations coordination. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Clean driving record. Current DOT medical card. Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HazMat) is preferred but not required.
