Job Description Job Description Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a reliable and motivated Shipping Clerk to join our team. We’re looking for someone who’s is self motivated, hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to go to work! Responsibilities: Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments Operate hand truck to convey, move or hoist to proper departments or areas Apply shrink wrap or banding as necessary Unpack, examine and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages Receive and process all defective parts returned for replacement or credit Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies Perform all computer functions necessary to track various aspects or goods Responsible for making arrangements for pick up by the carrier specified on customers purchase order Report defective materials to management Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Able to lift over 25 lbs. and transport loads up to 40 lbs.
