Kentucky Bardstown, KY Pay: $72,000 - $85,000/ yr Top pack out
drivers make $2,000/wk $1,400 - $2,000 weekly average: $1,600 -
$2,000 for pack out drivers $1,300 - $1,400 for roll off drivers
Scheduled increases Job Details: Home Daily Driver unload - pack
out Dispatches after 4pm Late model equipment On site fuel
