Job Description:
The Development Engineer will design, develop, configure,
document, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain First Horizon software
applications and services. The successful candidate should be
innovative, energetic and comfortable contributing to provide the
most astonishing of customer experiences. The development engineer
will collaborate as a member on a team of developers, business
analysts, product managers, and QA/testing staff focused on
delivering secure and top-notch digital experiences for our
internal and external customers. The role responsibilities will
include development, maintenance, and support of the Internet
Banking applications. The candidate should be able to work
independently and as part of a team to develop features and
capabilities as well as resolve issues or defects. Required and
Preferred Technical Skills: · Object-oriented analysis and design
skills and experience with the web technology stack is required ·
Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, TSS, Node.js · Expertise
in React, TailwindCSS, NextJS or similar frameworks · Experience
with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright, or Cyprus
· Experience with responsive and mobile design, Cross browser
development, and use of APIs · Experience in Web services including
SOAP and REST · Knowledge of source control and change control
practices with a propensity to adhere to the established standards
· Experience with build automation and deployment tools (Git,
Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) · Experience deploying applications
in a containerized, cloud environment (e.g., Kubernetes) ·
Knowledge of SQL Queries and Stored Procedures is a plus ·
Dynatrace expertise would be a bonus · Financial Services
experience a plus Required Qualifications: · Excellent individual

development methodologies · Possess a strong sense of ownership for

independently work solutions if necessary · Comfortable
participating in technical design sessions · Available for on call
support 24x7 on a rotational basis · Bachelors Degree in Computer
Science, STEM or a related field or an equivalent combination of
