Overview
We are currently seeking an IT Demand Manager in support of PEO Aviation located in Huntsville, AL. - This is an intermediate level position. - The successful candidate will work across the PEO to intake, define, screen, qualify, and prioritize demands for new IT Services. A main objective of this role is to enable PEO Aviation to tie IT spending to the value provided to the organization and to translate demand from mission requirements into IT service terms. - The demand manager will identify gaps and misalignment between demand and supply.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Evaluates the demands and ideas entered into ServiceNow.
  
• Maintains all demand records.
  
• Owns the Demand Management Process
  
• Leads and/or participates in IT Steering Group meetings
  
• Works with requirements holders to develop business case analysis
  
• Works with requirements holders to verify/validate requirements. Collects additional information to fully document customer business requirements and expectations.
  
• Determines strategic program alignment, if any. Determines alignments with external strategies, if any.
  
• Fully identifies risks and assumptions. Determines initial estimated values for impact, risk, investment size and value.
  
• Works with the IT Project Manager to develop project charts for fully qualified and approved demands
  
• Lead future activities occurring in the Service Strategy Phase of the IT Service Lifecycle

  • 
    
  • Ability to clearly understand PEO Aviation's enterprise level strategies
    
  • Strong organizational skills
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    
  • Familiarity with DoD IT Acquisition regulations
    
    Required Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's Degree
      
    • 5+ years of IT project management experience
      
    • Active Secret Clearance
      
    • PMP or CAPM Certification
      
    • Level 3 DAU Information Technology certification Information Technology within 24 months of hire
      
      Desired Qualifications:
      
      • 
        
      • ITIL v3 Foundation
        
        Experience with IT Business Management tools (ServiceNow Demand, Ideation and PPM)
