Responsibilities:

• 
  
• This database will capture relevant cyber acquisition information for contract and program management actions for decision-making and risk mitigation purposes for the Army Threat Systems Management Office. -
  
• This position will be responsible for gathering user requirements, identifying new features, and providing data management support as needed to users.
  
• This position will capture high-level requirements and recommend COTS solutions to facilitate basic database functionality.
  
• This position will solve database usage issues and malfunctions as required, collaborate with other developers to improve applications, establish best practices, and research and suggest new database products, services and protocols for consideration.
  
• The Sr. Database Developer will report project technical status and progress to the Government customer and programmatic staff.
  
• This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, excellent communication skills, and a highly motivated attitude.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 15+ years of experience OR 20+ years of direct experience in software management and/or computer programming
    
  • An ability to understand front-end user requirements, willingness to collaborate with multiple parties, and a problem-solving attitude
    
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
    
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
    
    Desired

    • Work experience with software programming
      
    • Work experience as a database developer/administrator
      
    • Active Top Secret Security Clearance
