We are seeking a Senior Software Systems Engineer that will be part of a dynamic program office team focused on mission command systems. In this role, you will develop system level concepts that describe solutions that often involve multiple systems and define the behavior, performance, and acceptance criteria necessary to support the hardware and software engineering teams across the lifecycle. You will also work with the solution management team to prioritize capability development as well as working with a diverse team of technical personnel. You must have a proven track record with tactical command and control systems, embedded software, real-time software, near real-time software and distributed software.
Required:

• 
  
• 
  Bachelor's degree in an ABET accredited program
  
  
• 
  Ten years of relevant experience in performing systems engineering and translating requirements and interfacing with software engineering, hardware/software integration and data engineering disciplines across the system lifecycle.

  Requirements Decomposition experience
  
  
• 
  Some travel
  
  
• 
  Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
