SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband level, NH-03, equivalent to the next lower grade, GS-13 or equivalent, in other personnel pay systems including specialized experience as follows: Experience with project/program oversight over highly complex cyberspace, IT, and Knowledge Management activities.Experience in conducting substantial coordination among a variety of organizations and high-level managers to identify and integrate internal and external programs issues affecting the agency, such as integrating IT programs with other programs of equivalent scope and complexity as well as those involving other technical, financial, organizational and administrative factors.Experience with ability to develop, implement, evaluate and improve processes and procedures to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of technology solutions used by the agency.Experience leading, coordinating, managing IT projects with defined objectives related to an agency's mission.Experience serving as a senior consultant to agency management officials, preparing and giving briefings, chairing meetings, leading task forces and preparing reports and statements to senior leadership and including advising other IT experts throughout an agency on a variety of situations and issues that involve applying or adapting new theories, concepts, principles, standards or practices.
