Job Description Job Description Fuze HR is proud to partner with a local medical company in Cleveland, TN to staff for Warehouse Workers at $16/hr About the Role We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused warehouse worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading waste from incoming vehicles, decontaminating vehicles, and properly staging materials for scanning and processing. You will perform all tasks in a safe, efficient, and productive manner, supporting overall plant operations. Key Responsibilities Safely unload waste from incoming vehicles and separate non-autoclavable waste for incineration. Stage waste on the conveyor system or stack appropriately for scanning into the Biotrack system. Scan waste into the Biotrack system for accurate record keeping. Load waste into autoclave bins or the incinerator hopper for processing. Decontaminate reusable containers by operating the tub wash line and ensuring proper functionality. Inspect and stack clean tubs for reloading onto vehicles for reuse. Operate tub wash sprayers for oversized containers, ensuring proper operation and quality inspection. Decontaminate vehicle cargo areas, reload reusable tubs, and ensure all floors are dry and free of liquid before notifying the supervisor that the vehicle is ready. Maintain clean and safe work areas, promptly addressing any spills or debris. Assist with other plant operations and duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Minimum of one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Physically able to lift up to 55 pounds and push/pull carts Basic computer and barcode scanning skills required. Knowledge of Hazardous Materials handling and OSHA safety regulations preferred. Must be able to perform extensive walking, bending, lifting, and pushing throughout the shift. Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (30-45mins of OT as needed) Why Work with Fuze HR?
