Manager to provide comprehensive care coordination and case
management in Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, and Van Buren counties,
Tennessee . This is a full-time, onsite contract role with mileage
reimbursement and a competitive hourly rate. If you are interested

$56.14 per hour Mileage reimbursement: $0.41 per mile Benefits
