Our company needs energetic and reliable professionals to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for responding to customer service issues by utilizing company policies, troubleshooting problems and maintaining accurate records. Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction, exceptional problem solving skills and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.


Responsibilities:


* Answer calls.

* Provide support to customers via email and on the phone.

* Use Word and Microsoft Office applications.

* Filing paperwork


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
