Job Description:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Builds relationships with driver force and driver partners. Provides various business services and informational assistance to our driving force. Enhances communication between the organization and our driving force. Bridges gap between drivers and non-driver support teams. Fulfills driver requests that may require local assistance. Liaison between driver and maintenance division to provide truck maintenance status updates. Arranges various transportation and lodging requests for drivers. Maintains Driver Resource Center. Main point of contact for all Comdata related action items. Arranges and coordinates local service actions for drivers, ie. scheduled equipment maintenance, etc. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS College degree required. Degree in social work, business, or relevant field preferred. Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills. Microsoft suite applications. McLeod experience preferred. Ability to multitask. Experience in transportation or trucking industry preferred. Familiarity with various office tasks a must. Experience with project management preferred. PREFERRED SKILLSExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient. Organized and detail orientated. Strong multitasking ability. Excellent administrative skills.
