Responsibilities Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to neuro and spine surgical patients Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Operate and assist with specialized surgical equipment including the Da Vinci robotic system and Max face technology Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and hospital protocols Participate in unit-specific call rotation, providing expert support as needed Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking Qualifications & Experience Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required Minimum 2 years of experience in Neuro/Spine Operating Room nursing Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications Familiarity with advanced surgical technologies such as Da Vinci robot highly preferred Able to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility Comfortable working 4x10 hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Work Environment & Dress Code Main Operating Room with 24 beds and 1:1 patient ratios Navy scrubs required; no T-shirts, fleece jackets, hoods, or nail polish allowed Collaborative and fast-paced surgical team setting Apply Today If you have a passion for neuro and spine surgery nursing and seek a contract role in a top-tier facility, this opportunity provides a challenging and rewarding environment.
