Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a dedicated Mid
Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join
our dynamic team. This role involves delivering primary care and
wellness services tailored to our community’s unique needs in
Williamson, WV. Candidates are expected to contribute to our
mission of transforming local healthcare delivery through
patient-centered practices, integration of technology in health
promotion, and community wellness initiatives. Perform
comprehensive examinations and assessments. Develop and implement
patient management plans. Prescribe medications and treatments.
Facilitate patient and family education Participate in community
health initiatives. Maintain patient medical records accurately.
Strong clinical skills Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range
of conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using medical databases and information systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current licensure as a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of WV DEA
certification BLS/ACLS certification
