Job Description A premier pediatric healthcare system in
Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a Pediatric Endocrinologist to
provide inpatient and outpatient care for children and adolescents
with endocrine disorders. This role involves clinical care,
research, and medical education. Key Responsibilities Clinical
Care: Provide evidence-based inpatient and outpatient care for
pediatric endocrinology patients. Team Collaboration: Work with a
multidisciplinary team, including clinic nurses, diabetes
educators, dietitians, and social workers. Education: Teach medical
students, residents, and fellows in pediatric endocrinology.
Quality Improvement: Participate in programs focused on patient
safety and treatment outcomes. Qualifications Education: MD or DO
degree. Certification: Board certified or board eligible in
Pediatric Endocrinology. Licensure: Active Florida medical license
(or eligibility to obtain one). Skills: Strong communication and
organizational leadership. Focus: Interest in clinical research,
quality improvement, and community engagement. Location:
Jacksonville, FL No state income tax. Coastal community with a low
