Job Description:
Job Description We are excited to announce a new opening for a
board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (Family
Medicine or Internal Medicine) in our growing outpatient practice
in Guntersville, Alabama. This is an opportunity to join a
supportive, private physician-owned and led group with no private
equity backing and over 20 years of established expertise across
Alabama. As we've expanded into primary care, you'll benefit from a
collaborative environment with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
as an extender to enhance efficiency and work-life balance. Plus,
our employed Integrated Behavioral Health team seamlessly handles
mental health and long-term care needs, allowing you to focus
purely on high-quality, patient-centered primary care without
inpatient responsibilities. Location Highlights: Outpatient-only
with no inpatient call for better balance. Lakeside community on
Lake Guntersville with stunning scenery, outdoor recreation, and
small-town charm. Downtown renovated in the past 5 years, boosting
the market with new shops, restaurants, and attractions. Short
drive from Huntsville, AL, for access to urban amenities, NASA,
tech hubs, and affordable living. Key Responsibilities: Provide
outpatient primary care to all ages (or adults only, per
specialty). Collaborate with APP for patient management, exams,
preventive care, chronic disease, and minor procedures. Build
patient relationships in a modern facility. Participate in quality
improvement and team care. Qualifications: MD or DO from accredited
institution. Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or
Internal Medicine. Active AL license (or willing to obtain). Strong
interpersonal skills and compassionate care focus. Open to new
graduates and experienced physicians. Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $300,000 (BOE) plus production incentives. Generous
sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance. Full benefits: health,
