Job Description North Alabama Medical Center (NAMC), located in Florence, AL, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join its thriving hospital-employed practice. This well-established team is renowned for providing expert care across northern Alabama. NAMC, a state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2018, is equipped with advanced technology, including two da Vinci Xi surgical robots, and offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for teaching through its Internal Medicine and Psychiatry Residency Programs. Position Highlights - Practice Options: - Choose between hospital-employed or private practice with a recruiting agreement. - Advanced Technology: - Work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with 2 da Vinci Xi surgical robots. - Subspecialty and Schedule: - All urology subspecialties are welcome. - 10 call days per month, primarily telephone-only. - Mix of inpatient and outpatient care. - Visa Sponsorship: - O-1 and J-1 waiver support available via State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, and HHS programs.
