Job Description:

is seeking a dedicated and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele
RN) to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. The Tele RN will work
in dynamic and high-paced environments, providing high-quality
patient care by monitoring patient cardiac and other vital
information. This position is pivotal for the early detection of
life-threatening complications and is designed for those passionate
about making a difference in patient outcomes. At Gifted
Healthcare, we ensure our staff members are well-supported to excel
in their roles, focusing on career growth and fulfilling
assignments. Monitoring and interpreting patient's vital signs and
reporting abnormalities. Administering medications and treatments
to patients and monitoring responses. Recording patients' medical
information and vital signs. Adjusting patient care plans as
needed. Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the
healthcare team. Overseeing and directing the work of LPN's and
assistive personnel. Proficiency in using telemetry monitoring
equipment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
effectively in high-pressure environments. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Alabama or a compact state license. BLS certification required;
ACLS preferred.
