Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare, a premier provider of nursing and healthcare
staffing solutions, is actively seeking a dedicated Stepdown RN for
a position in Birmingham, Alabama. This role offers the opportunity

is on providing advanced care and monitoring to patients who are
acutely ill but less critical than ICU patients. By joining our

Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions
to stepdown patients. Providing post-operative care and monitoring
patients' vital signs. Collaborating with physicians and
multidisciplinary team members. Formulating care plans and
assessing patients’ conditions. Educating patients and their
families on disease management and prevention. Strong ability to
operate advanced medical equipment. Excellent observation and
clinical assessment skills. Proficient in electronic health record
(EHR) systems. Effective communication and empathy skills. Ability
to perform under high-stress situations. Current Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of Alabama. Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
