lives of those we serve. How you'll contribute A RN Coordinator who
excels in this role: Coordinates staff scheduling,
educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
Identifies and resolves issues affecting delivery of clinical
services and patient flow. Performs quality assurance studies and
assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives. Serves as a
resource to staff and external contacts regarding clinical
standards, policies, and procedures. Monitors departmental
compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission
requirements. Provides direct patient care as needed in accordance
with scope and standards of practice. Participates in performance
improvement and continuing education. Provides quality patient care
and works other shifts/units as needed; may be assigned on-call.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as

opportunities. What we're looking for Education: Associate's degree
required. BSN preferred. Licenses: Must be a licensed Registered
Nurse with the State of Tennessee or a licensed Registered Nurse
from a Compact State with the proper Tennessee paperwork filed
within 30 days of hire. BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred;
Handle with Care preferred Required Skills: Requires critical
thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with
minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful
environment and take appropriate action. Proficiency navigating
multiple clinical software systems Effective English communication
(read, write, speak, and understand). Ability to complete the
Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire. More about
