Job Description:

(IMC) Registered Nurse (RN) for a role in Birmingham, Alabama. This

ability to manage patient care in a fast-paced environment while
adhering to all facility guidelines and maximizing the health
outcomes of those in your care. Provide direct and individualized
nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific
nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes
in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate patient records and
engage in critical thinking to ensure effective treatment.
Administer medications and interpret patient information needed for
treatment planning. Participate in assessments, implementations,
and evaluations of patient care protocols. Work in collaboration
with in-unit nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare
professionals to deliver the highest standard of care. Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Intermediate Care Experience, Critical
Thinking, Compassionate Patient Care, Strong Communication Skills,
Medication Administration, Monitoring Vital Signs, Electronic
Medical Record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance An active Registered Nurse license
in the state of Alabama. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) required.
