Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in multiple emergency units. Assess patient condition, administer medication, and monitor responses to treatments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to ensure effective patient care delivery. Maintain clear and accurate patient records and report any pertinent changes in patient status to the appropriate practitioners. Educate patients and their families on management of illnesses and disease prevention. Adapt to varying work environments within the ER and manage multiple clinical tasks efficiently. Strong clinical skills in emergency care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think critically and make quick decisions High proficiency in using medical software and patient management systems Capability to handle high-stress situations with composure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
