Job Description:

seeking a dedicated RN to join our dynamic team in the Observation
/ Medical-Surgical Unit. This role is pivotal in providing
top-notch health care in line with our commitment to improve lives
and wellbeing of the patients we serve through empathy and
expertise. Monitor and assess the health status of patients in the
Observation / Med Surg Unit, recording patient histories and
symptoms. Implement physicians’ orders, administer medications,
start IVs, and perform treatments for assigned patients. Provide
education and support to patients and their families about
procedures, post-discharge care, and preventive health measures.
Ensure that patient care meets standards of safety, effectiveness,
patient rights, and guest relations. Supervise and train LPNs and
non-licensed assistive personnel, promoting a collaborative
environment on the unit. Work with healthcare teams to assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Strong clinical
skills with a focus on patient-centered care Ability to work
effectively both independently and within interdisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time
management and organizational skills Comfortable with technological
tools and Electronic Health Records (EHR) Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) licensure with the ability to work in the state of
employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from
the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
preferred.
