Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider
in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to
join our dedicated team. Our facility offers a broad range of
medical services, emphasizing quality patient care and advanced
medical practices. The Radiology Tech will be integral in providing
diagnostic imaging services, vital for accurate diagnosis and
treatment planning across various specialties like emergency care,
cardiology, and oncology. This role requires precision and a deep
understanding of radiologic technology, contributing to our mission
of delivering exceptional healthcare services. Perform diagnostic
imaging procedures according to department protocols, ensuring
patient safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. Operate
radiographic equipment to capture high-quality images. Maintain and
adjust imaging equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure
operational readiness. Collaborate with radiologists to evaluate
images and assist in diagnosing and treatment planning. Record and
maintain accurate patient records and radiographic findings. Follow
radiation safety procedures and contribute to safety initiatives to
maintain low exposure levels. Educate and communicate with patients
about the imaging process, addressing any concerns. Proficiency in
using radiologic imaging equipment and technology. Strong
understanding of radiation safety and protection principles.
Excellent patient management skills to ensure comfort and safety
during procedures. Ability to collaborate effectively with
physicians and other healthcare staff. Strong analytical skills to
interpret radiographic data. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists (ARRT). Applicable state licensure as required.
