Job Description:

patient care. We're currently seeking a dedicated Lead LPN Charge
Nurse to oversee our nursing activities, ensuring that each patient
receives the highest standard of medical care. This role is perfect
for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic,
challenging environments and is committed to healthcare excellence.
Manage nursing operations including medication administration,
compliance with healthcare policies, and patient care. Lead a team
of nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance
evaluations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with
state board of nursing and correctional facility requirements.
Maintain accurate patient records and report healthcare outcomes
and needs. Assess patient health problems and needs, developing
nursing care plans and maintaining medical records. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical skills with a strong
emphasis on nursing duties, protocols, and standards Ability to
work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Medical Insurance
Must have a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the
state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
required.
