provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Every other weekend
required; floating in rotation with full-time staff Highlights:
16-bed Intensive Care Unit with 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratios
Advanced critical care environment with ventilator/sedation
management and medication titration Modern equipment including GE
Monitors, Drager ventilators, and Pyxis medication dispensing
Meditech electronic documentation system Trauma III certified
facility with procedures including trach placement, bronchoscopy,
and cardioversion Dedicated unit tech support for enhanced team
efficiency Requirements: Current Tennessee RN license or compact
state license BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong
ventilator/sedation management and medication titration skills ICU
experience with advanced critical care competencies Positive
attitude, strong teamwork, and problem-solving abilities Commitment
to patient experience standards including AIDET, communication
