Job Description Job Description Luma Dentistry Sylacauga | Full-Time Dental Assistant Our team is growing, and we’re excited to add a Full-Time Dental Assistant to our long-standing Sylacauga practice. Luma Dentistry has proudly served Central Alabama for over 10 years. Responsibilities Prepare patients and treatment areas for dental procedures Assist the dentist chair-side during procedures Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take and process X-rays (if certified) Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records Support billing and insurance processes as needed Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment Requirements Some dental assisting experience preferred Ability to work well in a team setting Strong communication and patient-care skills X-ray certification is a plus Schedule Tuesday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM We’d love to welcome someone who’s excited to grow with us.
