qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Florence, Alabama, 35631! Nurse
Manager, Labor and Delivery Florence, AL- Permanent Role The Nurse
Manager for Labor and Delivery provides clinical and operational
leadership for the L&D unit, ensuring high quality patient
care, staff development, and adherence to obstetric protocols. Key
responsibilities Provide leadership and day to day management for
L&D nursing staff. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource
utilization. Support quality initiatives, patient safety, and
adherence to L&D and OR protocols. Mentor and develop staff,
providing performance feedback and coaching. Collaborate with
obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other departments to optimize
care. Requirements RN with minimum five years of Labor and Delivery
experience. Leadership experience (charge, supervisor, or manager).
NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications.
Knowledge of OR processes related to L&D. No adverse actions on
nursing license. Preferred: ICU or broader nursing experience; 10
