Job Description:

dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
Medical-Surgical unit. In this role, you will be a vital member of
the team that supports patient care in a dynamic and supportive
environment, focused on delivering the highest standards of
healthcare services. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care
to patients within the medical-surgical unit. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary professional teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Monitor patient health status and response to treatment, adjusting
care plans accordingly. Administer medications and treatments
safely and effectively, adhering to healthcare regulations and
standards. Educate patients and their families on illness,
wellness, and the management of their conditions. Document patient
care services by charting in patient and department records.
Participate in educational opportunities to maintain clinical
expertise and competency. Contribute to team efforts by
accomplishing related results as needed. Strong clinical skills
with a focus on medical-surgical care. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Time
management skills and the ability to handle a high caseload
efficiently and effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred.
