Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider
in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Cardiovascular ICU
Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing
critical care to patients with complex cardiac conditions in our
state-of-the-art Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The successful
candidate will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care,
monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a
multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes in a
high-pressure environment. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing
care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular issues. Monitor
patient vital signs, administer medications, and document patient
progress. Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare
professionals to develop individualized care plans. Educate
patients and their families on disease management and post-hospital
care. Participate in continuous professional development and
training sessions to stay current with advancements in critical
care nursing. Strong clinical skills in a cardiovascular ICU
setting. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in
using medical software and patient management systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or a
compact state. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
