in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and skilled MSICU
Nurse to join our multidisciplinary intensive care team. This role
is centered around providing critical care to patients in our
Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit, a highly specialized sector
dedicated to severe medical conditions requiring complex and
meticulous nursing care. Our facility is committed to delivering
exceptional medical services, from emergency care to specialized
cardiology and oncology treatments, ensuring a supportive and
forward-thinking working environment. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor
patient conditions continuously and adjust treatment plans as
necessary. Administer medications and maintain detailed records of
patient progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare
teams to facilitate integrated and effective treatments. Educate
patients and their families on treatment plans and home care
strategies. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards of
patient care. Advanced knowledge of critical care procedures and
equipment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current RN license in the state of Tennessee or ability to obtain.
Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) preferred.
