Job Description:
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and
detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care
Unit (ICU). Located in Smyrna, TN, our facility offers a
state-of-the-art environment where advanced cardiology,
orthopedics, emergency care, and a range of surgical services are
provided. This role is pivotal in delivering the highest quality
care to our critically ill and high-acuity patients, requiring a
compassionate approach and exceptional clinical skills. You will
work in a dynamic team setting, collaborating with various health
professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor patient health conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
Administer medications, maintain IVs, and manage other
life-sustaining equipment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to facilitate coordinated patient care. Educate patients and
families on treatment plans and health management strategies
post-discharge. Document patient care services by charting in
patient and department records. Proven ability to operate
sophisticated medical equipment. Strong analytical and critical
thinking skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication
skills. Capacity to handle high-stress and emotional situations
effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
