Job Description:
At TriStar Centennial Medical Center, we are dedicated to

are currently seeking a dedicated PCU (Progressive Care Unit)
Staffing Support Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal
role, you will be responsible for overseeing the staffing needs of
our progressive care unit, ensuring that patient care is
efficiently delivered by a qualified and adequate nursing staff.
You will work closely with unit managers and other healthcare
professionals to coordinate scheduling, manage staffing ratios, and
support the overall operational efficiency of the unit. Develop
staffing schedules that meet the operational needs of the PCU while
adhering to budgetary constraints. Coordinate with HR to recruit,
hire, and train nursing staff. Monitor patient flow to ensure
adequate nursing coverage. Implement staffing policies and
procedures to maximize efficiency and care quality. Evaluate staff
performance and provide feedback and coaching. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to handle high-stress environments Proficient in
staffing software and tools Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
accreditation standards Capable of critical thinking and quick
decision-making Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS
Certification from the American Heart Association Certification in
Progressive Care Nursing (PCCN) preferred
