Job Description:
TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TN is
seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Nurse Coordinator
to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing
the quality of patient care. The Quality Nurse Coordinator will
work closely with healthcare teams to collect, analyze, and report
data to improve patient outcomes and ensure compliance with
healthcare standards and regulations. This specialized role
combines clinical expertise with knowledge of healthcare quality
and patient safety standards, making it integral to our commitment
to high-quality, compassionate care. Monitor and improve the
quality of patient care services. Implement quality improvement
projects based on data analysis. Educate and train staff on new
quality protocols and standards. Conduct audits and prepare
detailed reports on findings. Collaborate with clinical staff and
leadership to identify and address areas for improvement. Ensure
compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Participate
in committees and meetings regarding patient safety and quality
improvement. Strong analytical and data management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in
using healthcare software and patient management systems. Ability
to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong
knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Tennessee. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
preferred.
