Job Description:
Fast Pace Health is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse
Practitioner (FNP) to join our team in delivering excellent patient
care with a focus on urgent and primary healthcare services. The
FNP will leverage their advanced skills in family practice to
evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across various ages,
promoting optimum health and disease prevention. Our mission is to
improve healthcare access in underserved areas, ensuring all
community members can obtain comprehensive and affordable care and
treatment. This role requires an individual with a passion for
patient-centered care and the ability to function autonomously
while being a collaborative member of our healthcare team. Conduct
routine check-ups to assess the health condition of patients.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in individuals and
families across the lifespan. Prescribe medications and treatments,
and provide comprehensive patient education. Develop effective
patient care plans and manage follow-up care. Collaborate with
physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed to provide
high-quality care. Maintain patient records and safeguard patient
confidentiality. Advocate for disease prevention and healthy
lifestyles in the community. Participate in community outreach
programs. Strong clinical skills with ability to handle a full
spectrum of cases from simple to complex in a variety of patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
effectively with patients, family members, and a multidisciplinary
team. Ability to make thoughtful decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in using healthcare software for patient care
management. Capability to perform diagnostic tests and interpret
results. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) by
the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American
Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Valid RN and APRN
license in the state of practice. DEA registration certification as
applicable. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
