Job Description:
Fast Pace Health is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in
providing essential healthcare services in underserved communities.
This role involves delivering comprehensive patient care within the
scope of primary care and urgent care settings, fostering our
commitment to accessible and high-quality health outcomes. As a
vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a key role in
patient management, from initial consultation through to
follow-ups, ensuring consistent care tailored to individual health
needs. Conduct patient assessments, including physical examinations
and patient history. Develop and implement patient management
plans, record progress notes, and maintain a comprehensive patient
record. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide clear
explanations to patients regarding their medical condition and
treatment plans. Prescribe medications following best practice
guidelines and state regulations. Provide timely and accurate
documentation of patient care, including visit summaries and
billing information. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare
teams to ensure holistic care delivery. Educate patients and their
families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Participate
in community health initiatives as part of the organization’s
commitment to public health. Strong clinical skills with the
ability to diagnose and treat an array of medical conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective
patient and team interactions. Proficiency in using electronic
medical record (EMR) systems. Ability to work efficiently and
decisively under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant in the state of practice. Board Certification
(ANCC, AANP for Nurse Practitioners; NCCPA for Physician
Assistants). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
